Dear woman,
Sometimes you will be just too much woman, too smart, too beautiful too strong, too much of something that makes people uncomfortable which will start making you feel like you have to be less of a woman. The biggest mistake you can make is removing jewels from your crown to make is easier for someone else to carry.

This post is dedicated to all the women out there, who are struggling with self-acceptance, self-esteem issues, women who always forget themselves trying to help out everybody else but them, women who feel the need to apologize even when they deeply know they are not on the wrong women who play all the roles to their children and still feel like they are not doing enough for them, women who are afraid of going for those leadership roles because they are not qualified, they can’t make good presentations or they are “meant for men”, women who feel like failures after their first trial in a new venture and are afraid of what others will think about them.

This post is meant to encourage all of us that we are stronger than we know. It is time as women we stepped up face life fearless and with lot’s of courage, take up those leadership roles ,work on getting that dream job without the “ need to know someone”, take sometime off if you feel overwhelmed, it’s okay to cry when you feel like, it’s okay to be perceived as cold and mean when you simply refuse to be disrespected, mistreated or taken for granted.I short , it’s okay not to be okay. If your path demands you to walk through hell, walk as if you own the place.

A strong woman is both soft and powerful, she is both practical and spiritual. A strong woman in essence is a gift to the world ,as women let us learn to fix other women’s crowns instead of tearing them down. Strong women stand together when things are rough, hold each other up when they need support and laugh together when there is no reason to.

Finally to all the queens out there, You are enough let nobody tell you otherwise.

Pinstripped blazers and a touch of Red

A girl has to work with what’s already in her closet. you know the economy,no one is planning on breaking the bank for a new outfit.I am guilty of buying outfits that i never get to wear simply because they look cute or maybe wear them for an event or toss them.I know some of you can relate

As i was rummaging through my stuff i found this skirt that has never gotten past my bedroom.I bought it like 2 years ago, never been worn. What a waste of cuteness!I tried it on ,still fits still looks hella fine

I decided to throw one of my blazers and find the perfect match.Well, who am i to say no to pinstripes?

To accesorize further i decided to add a belt…waist gotta get clinched honey and a red boater hat just because! What do you think about the outfit?where would you wear it and how?

How to wear a short suit/a pink Affair

“Life isn’t about finding yourself it’s about creating yourself.” George Bernard Shaw.

Hello good people how have you been?it’s been a while since i drafted a post here but i am glad to be back.

This is a look i pulled few months ago at a friends shower.the theme was pastel colors and i wanted something classy, simple at the same time unique.I love shorts and i knew most people would show up in dressess as usual and being me i just had to be a lil’ bit extra you know.I have had this baby pink blazer for a while so that meant i wasn’t going to spend too much money on the outfit.

Thanks to my tailoring classes i challenged myself to make a pink short that i could pair with the blazer and a pair of pink heels.I honestly loved the outcome of the whole outfit and yes i think shorts have become my to go fits especially with the hot weather.

Tell me what are your thoughts about the outfit.Where would you wear them?

Lots of Love
